We strive to process each order within 48 hours and keep you updated throughout the entire process, from order placement to processing, shipment, and delivery. While we prioritize timely delivery, the actual timeframe may vary depending on factors such as product availability and your shipping address. Rest assured that once you place an order, we will take care of everything. Our delivery services reach across India.

After your order is dispatched, an email will be sent to you with the details of the tracking number and the name of the courier company responsible for handling your order.

You have the convenience of tracking your order right from the time it is placed.

The Estimated Delivery Time:

We usually dispatch most orders within 1-5 business days. We ship on all days (Monday to Saturday) except Sundays and public holidays.

If you feel that the packaging of the product is tampered or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept delivery of the product and contact us immediately at support@gaffaw.com mentioning your order reference number and a picture of the tampered package. We will make sure to provide you with a replacement delivery as soon as possible.

Multiple Shipments: 

This means that various components of your order may have been shipped from different brand warehouse locations. You can be assured to recieve different shipments at the delivery time that has been mentioned to you.

Shipping Charges:
 

● We have standard shipping charges for most addresses. A Light weight class shipping costs Rs.25 and Heavy weight class shipping costs Rs.40 and the charge is applied to all orders below Rs.999, while there is free shipping for all orders above Rs.999.
