Our return policy mandates that return must be made within a timeframe of 3 days.

Following are the eligibility criteria for our return policy:
● Any damages caused by the misuse of the product by the customers will be accepted for a return.
● The use or placement of any consumable item with incorrect item will render it ineligible for the return or replacement process.
● Return is not possible for products that have tampered or missing serial number.
● The presence of the original packaging, accessories, and items originally delivered with the product(s) is required at the time of return.
● Any damage or defect that is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty, as well as products that have incurred incidental damage due to product malfunction cannot be facilitated for return.
● If the request for return is initiated after 15 business days of order delivery, it is not eligible for any process under our return policy.
● Free products provided by the brand cannot be returned.
