Order Status

How can I change address or phone number in a Order?

We don't currently have a way to alter the address. And if the order has already been sent out, it could be rather challenging to change it. However, you can do so by tracking your order and contacting us Via Live Chat by loging to your account.

 

How do I check the current status of my order?

There are 2 ways to monitor the progress of an order:

 2. Check out the Orders Section's status as well.

How will I get refunded for the returned orders and how long will this process take?

Cancellation and Refund

Are there any cancellation charges?

There are no separate charges for canceling an item or the complete order.

 

How do I cancel an order?

What if I used coupon codes for payment and I have to cancel my order?

Coupon codes are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.

 

Will shipping charges be refunded if I cancel ?

If an order is cancelled prior to shipping or dispatch, shipping costs will be returned. You might not be eligible for the postage refund if it is later.
