How can I change address or phone number in a Order?

We don't currently have a way to alter the address. And if the order has already been sent out, it could be rather challenging to change it. However, you can do so by tracking your order and contacting us Via Live Chat by loging to your account.

How do I check the current status of my order?

How will I get refunded for the returned orders and how long will this process take?

Our refund policy ensures that refunds will be issued through the original payment method within a timeframe of 5 to 7 business days. Please send us an email at support@gaffaw.com with the order ID and complaint details.

I have received a damaged /defective /wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?

While we ensure meticulous quality checks for every shipment from our warehouse, we understand that rare mishaps can occur during transit. Fear not! Cancellation and Refund

Are there any cancellation charges?

There are no separate charges for canceling an item or the complete order.

How do I cancel an order? 

You can cancel an order directly through your "Orders" area if the item or items you want to return have not yet been dispatched. If you need any additional assistance, please contact us by logging into your account via support@gaffaw.com or Live Chat.

What if I used coupon codes for payment and I have to cancel my order?

Coupon codes are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.

Will shipping charges be refunded if I cancel ?

If an order is cancelled prior to shipping or dispatch, shipping costs will be returned. You might not be eligible for the postage refund if it is later.
