Cancellation Policy

To initiate a cancellation, please proceed to the My Orders section.

Cancellation steps:

• ● You have the option to cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped from our warehouse. Additionally, you have the option to refuse acceptance of the delivery.
• ● Cancellation of either the entire order or specific items within it is possible.
• ● For orders that are cancelled before delivery, we offer a complete refund. Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
